Here's a chance to get out and meet new people in the area as well as being involved in one of the most popular events at the Speight's Ale House and The Flying Moa. Every Monday (Speights Ale House) and Tuesday (The Flying Moa) a pub qiz kicks off at 7pm. We thought this would be a fantastic reasone to get out and about and meet new locals without having to hunt around for an entire team yourself. Och aye the noo! Next Saturday 5th August is time for a grown up party! Gird yer loins an' wallop yer feit, it's time to ceilidh! A what? It's a fun dance party that involves lively Irish and Scottish music performed by Twisty Willow. We bet our kilts that everyone will get the hang of the dance moves in no time. To be sure!
